yes there is a mod for everything
ps a lot of the good lot is hidden

I don't use it any more, as I found it to be a bit too much (as in I was able to buy Breezehome & all furnishings after clearing just 2 small caves/dungeons).
But it does increase loot drops, especially dragons & boss-type chests, with high level loot & much more gold.
If you only have 30 coins after killing 15 people then the problem isn't the loot tables, it is how you are playing. Loot their armor and weapons and sale them. The very first mine you come across after the standing stones alone will have enough loot to drain at least one of, if not both, of the Riverwood merchants dry (even more easily achieved if you did the vanilla start beforehand and sold of your spoils first).
Skyrim has levelled loot, you won't find god tier armour or weapons at low levels. Morrowloot is the only mod i know that delevels gear but it also stops high tier loot spawning on NPC's.
