How do I manually delete 1 record with SSEEDIT?
LOOT told me this:
This plugin contains wild edits beyond ITM and UDR records and deleted navmeshes and may require additional manual cleaning to not interfere with other mods. Remove records 0000B498, 0001DB52, 000252CD, 0001A270 & 0001A26F from RLO - IC Patch.esp. Blocks Open Cities Skyrim, Immersive Citizens and ICAIO OCS Patch changes.

So I found one of the records but I don't really want to use trial and error to see what everything does. I right clicked the record, 0000B498, and I am wondering which option deletes the record?

Make sure you are right-clicking the correct thing. The menus in xEdit are contextual. As a second option to get at remove, left-click the record in question and then in the right-hand window right click the plugin you wish to remove it from in the heading row. Same effect.

EDIT: In fact, I'll grab pictures. One moment.

Before you start removing things on LOOT's word, I'd go read the mod pages and some comments for every mod involved and see if anyone (particularly any of the authors) mention these records. After that, if you're still going to remove the record(s), right clicking the record and clicking remove will do it. It will also give you a form of "are you sure?" box (after the "do you know what you're doing?" box) restating in plain english exactly what is being removed from where.

There is no "Remove" only. There is Remove Filter and Remove "Identical to Master" Records.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Thank you for the detailed answer. Much appreciated.

I am looking at the mod pages currently, sadly Realistic Lighting Overhaul SSE and Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul SE have locked the threads. I am going to try and see if anyone knows something over at Open Cities. Though I feel a little bad about bothering him, it seems the author of Open Cities takes the time to answer a lot/most of the questions personally. And a lot of people are posting issues.

To be completely honest, I would NEVER delete anything upon just LOOT's say so. As StormSong said, get the word directly from the mod author or from someone who can actually look at the records in xEdit and determine which records - if any - should be edited. LOOT is a sorting tool, not a diagnostic tool, and any information that it gives you over and above the sorting of mods, has been supplied to the LOOT team from other sources - and can often be unreliable, and, at worst, just downright wrong.

did you find a fix for this? My new playthrough crashed and I'm not sure if this issue had anything to do with it as its the only issue that shows up in LOOT

I still don't understand by those pictures of what needs deleting. Guess I'll just get rid of RLO
