Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim Heavy Armor Error

I seem to be having an error in which I’m unable to purchase a perk within the heavy armour tree past the first perk, even though I meet the requirements of it (i.e. I’m level 51 in heavy armour but can’t get a perk that requires level 50),

As far as I know, I don’t know what is causing this, although I suspect it’s likely one of the mods I have installed, but none of the other mods I have installed edit the perk trees (and more specifically the heavy armour tree) that I know of. I made a new game just to check if it was a character specific issue, but I had the same issue with the new character too.

I was able to fix it so I'll post it here just in case anyone ever has the same problem

All I did was use console commands to give myself one of the locked perks and the rest of the perk tree fixed itself.

My guess, and this is without using any of these mods, is your extra perk mods could have caused a problem. Especially the "Extra Perk at 50 - 75 - 100 Skill" one, since you had the issue at 50 skill. If it happens with another skill, or Heavy Armor at 75 or 100, that would definitely narrow it down.
