The side effects of vampirism came back .

I recently cured myself of vampirism. For a few days everything was good but today the side effects came back. My stamina and magicka won't regenerate. (I can't use the vampire lord powers). Is this a bug or what?
Ps: i cant cure myself either

I tried it out and the side effects came were still active, my stamina didn't regenerate. I also got 2 vampire powers now (seduction and the vampire slave

My guess is you cured yourself and then got re-infected again, but didn't notice. Now it's too late. You would have to go back some saves to when it was still possible to cure it. No other way, except to do a new play through.

It has been known that the side effects of Vampirism can come back, it's a bug. Only fix is to load a save from before the side effects came back (or one from before you cured yourself, and redo the cure)
