Windowed mode ?

Editing skyrim prefs didnt work
Using SKSE mod OneTweak didnt work......

But some questions for you.
Do you have Skyrim installed in default location?
What is it whit windowed mode that dont work for you?

OneTweak is for oldrim but ppls says it works on SE, i have skyrim on HDD so kinda default ? just diff drive xD ... i cant put it in windowed at all, it keeps it in full screen

I did find one converted to SE. Did you try that one instead since the it is one possibility that it is not compatible.

It sounds that you may have some issues whit your rights on your system, are you playing as Admin?

i didnt used the converted one, might be the issue, can u share link ? and yep im playng as an admin
