Sapphire not in the special edition

Sapphire does not seem to be in the thieves guild in the special edition. There is still a note of warning about her though. Anyone else have this? It's not a huge issue, I find it just weird.

I've seen her in Riften and once in the ragged flagon.

Try summoning her with console commands to find her maybe?
Maybe she's stuck on a log in a river somewhere.

Nope she wasn't even ther to protect during the betrayal. She must have gotten stuck somewhere.

A lot of NPCs are "spawning" in the wong places. They should've already fixed it by now, but sometimes it still happens.
