Clay mining forever.

First thanks devs for free upgrade, second glitch i had not encountered is eternal mining. I'm not sure why this is going on, character is low level kajiit, i happened upon the deposit and thought why not. 3 minutes later i try to load and try it agian. Every time mining lasts until i load a previous save. Have tried resetting program as well. Guess i will leave the clay behind for now. before this happened i did successfully mine for iron.

That isn't a bug. Clay and Stone Quarry deposits are used for the Hearthfire expansion. They are building materials for your home and you can mine an unlimited amount by design.

If you think that is crazy you should try chopping some wood ;P

Do you mean you're in an infinite loop and can't get out of it? Or you simply can mine forever? Also are you running any mods?

You can get out of it by pressing the "use" button. It's the same button you use to start mining.

Not unlimited. A stone quarry contains ~4k stone I believe.

apologies people and devs, I was used to the other types of veins where you stopped mining after 3 incriments, apparently WASD gets you out of the clay mining loop.
