Blackreach Dragon (SOLVED)

There is a big yellow ball hanging from the roof. In the normal skyrim you where able to shoot it with an arrow it would make a sound and summon a named dragon for you to fight. I just reached blackreach and thought i'd give it a shot. And when i shot it it just didn't make a sound or anything. my arrow just went back down. I'm 99.9% sure i hit it aswell :P Did they remove it or something? Or do you need to hit it in a certain area or be at a certain level or so.

Unrelenting force. EDIT: More specifically, go up to the top of the zone where you can see the platform right next to the ball, use unrelenting force, that will open it.

I'm playing on expert and level 22 aswell. But it might not work because i'm going through the place with Dawnguard and not main story? (doubt it thou since it's the same quest from the same guy)

You have to use the dragon shout Unrelenting force, on the yellow ball to get the dragon there

Does it work with the level 1 unrelenting force? Doesn't seem to reach it.

Again, you can climb up right next to it using one of the buildings.

indeed if you don't do the main story line you don't get unrelenting force. you never been to the watchtower near whiterun (I mean in the main quest)?

I've done that. But i've not done anything more so it's still only 1 word learned of it.

I climbed up as high as i could. (Through hall of rumination) and tried using unrelenting force on it while standing as close to the edge as i could. And still didn't work.

I was never able to summon that Dragon with anything less than Lv2 Unrelenting Force in Standard Skyrim. Haven't tried in SE yet, I would assume it's the same.
