Windhelm Docks Argonians missing

[Deluxe Dinner Stupidity]

Every time I check the docks for the Argonians, they are not there, I don't even look in their house (Because I don't want to tresspass). I tried starting new games, and using the wait option, but still no Argonians. Does anybody have this problem? I am not using any mod that affects their AI.

I had this issue actually! I couldn't find Scouts-Many-Marshes so I did the player.moveto command (you can find his ID yourself sorry lol) Anyway it teleported me inside the Argonian... well the house you talk about at the docks. After he told me to get out, I left and he and some other NPC came outside. I think they were stuck inside... so yeah, you could try tresspass - just get outside right away when they tell you to.

I can also use tdetect along with the moveto command, so they can not detect me while they finaly go outside.
