Eg. using skyrim music in a video about skyrim mods is fine.

Commercializing the video content; this includes, for example, selling the video content via online access or in physical form, or selling digital or physical goods exploiting the video content or IP assets from our games
"selling the video content via online access" might include YouTube content published for access only to those who have become paying channel members.
Today I had a Copyright against a live stream recording on my Channel. Music volume was off but the Menu music plays regardless. The claim says "Video uses this songs melody". The claim comes from Zenimax and is legit.
As I understand it the route is something like
Microsoft - Zenimax (Xbox) - Bethesda - Skyrim.
So, Bethesda are OK with their music being used in a video but Zenimax are not. Copyright belongs to Zenimax.
No complaints from me. Just passing this on.
