Danwguard Main Quest Bug

So, I solved a puzzle with moondial at Volkihar Courtyard and went down the spiral stairs. There is a little room with a chain lever on the left wall. And after using a chain nothing happens. But this chain should open a wall in front of me.

Am I doing something wrong, or it's a bug?

Any ideas?

It's not about walkthrough, it's about bug.

Here it is, 7:34 on this video. This chain lever not working for me.

There is one chain I pulled that opened a gate to the left in the castle dungeon , but I don't recall a chain for a secret wall and only remember a candlestick you'd turn to open a fireplace entrance!..

you might have to use no clippong tlc in the console window if that chain ain't working!..

I installed the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch from nexusmods site the other day because the building houses in hearthfire was bugged and I couldn't complete the last house!..
