Aspect Ratio Locked
can change my aspect ratio from 16.9 widescreen(its greyed out) and the Resolutions available are 1280x720, 1360x768 and 1366x768 which are low. how the hell do i change it to 1920x1080?

had to set it to Window mode and borderless for it to give me the options

Why are you running Windowed, Borderless? Fullscreen 1080p is a 16:9 ratio.

Open ..\Users\[user]\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\SkyrimPrefs.ini
And Edit:
iSize H=1080
iSize W=1920
