Help with Frostflow Abyss glitch please D:

So I explored the Frostflow Abyss cavern before reading the letter that triggers the quest. So I had Habd's Remains as a quest item. I was able to deliver them to the top of the lighthouse and get the perk, but I still can't progress with the quest. I even used the console command "setstage dunFrostflowAbyssQST 90" to finish the quest and it did absolutely nothing

I got the skull Habd's remains and the chest key. Top of the lighthouse used the key on the chest (obviously) then the ladder to the flame bowl higher up, activated it, the skull Habd's remains went in and I got a passive buff called Sailor's Repose. Looked in Magic and the active spells and found it there...gives 10% buff to healing spells. I saw no achievement for it though.
