A graphics card could fail for a whole bunch of reasons but the outcome is usually the same. You get graphical glitches "artifacts" randomly when playing games of certain graphical power per say. If playing it on a lower setting is to off puttting for you then your're waiting a week till the new card comes in.

I also saw a similar effect from the tower that you have your 1st dragon battle near whiterun.
It's not easy to take a pic cause it keeps moving around all over the screen.
Any idea's as to WTF is going on ?
I am running 2 gtx 970's & haven't had issue's like this in any other game.
I will try to take more pic's of an out door area during the night.
Thanks in advance.
