How do I fire an arrow in the PC game Skyrim?
I know this is a dumb question, but How do I fire an arrow in the PC game Skyrim? I press the R key and it just draws the bow back but doen't fire the arrow?

Left click. You can also do a weak melee attack with right click that staggers enemies.

R is sheathe weapon (unless you changed the controls). Left click is fire weapon/melee/cast spell.

Do you have arrows in your inventory?

Hold down attack button to draw, release attack button to loose. 'R' key to un-draw.

Left click draws weapons and attack. With your bow out, hold left click and it'll automatically knock an arrow in and draw your bow

Why is it doing this on my right click?

It might be a good idea to mention which platform you are using. On the PC the R-key is used for equipping/unequipping the bow. The left mouse button is used to draw the bow with an arrow. Hold the mouse button for some time until a full draw and release the button to shoot the arrow. If you are not on PC state your platform and someone else may have the answer for you.

Check your controls. Probably messed with the keybinds.

BTW you asked in a discussion from 2016...
