I freaking loved that mod when i was playing FO4 ( pre DLC, need to update my stuff again since i have expansion pass but too lazy ).
You just download and throw it into the root folder of SE or make some changes ?
They should build this into games.
Just a heads up, Shadow distance=3000 is medium, 8000 is high, and 15000 is ultra.

I think I get a couple 55-58 range but Freesync sorta deals with that, maybe I would need this also if not for that, even with freesync I felt stutter on the old skyrim tbh, glad this upgraded game came out.
