Anyone else experiencing this weird glitch?

Always happens always in Riften, Helgen and Lakeview Manor don't know if other locations aswell. Sometimes the flicker is black and I think it's tied to my save because I created a new game loaded up all my mods in same load order went to Rfiten and didn't see this. Can I use something like a save cleaner to get rid of this? I will post my load order later if needed.

there is no savecleaner as yet....
did you update smim..??..it is a corrupt save yes.
its all very new, so some mods are a bit wonky.

Might be a refresh rate issue. Lock your fps @ 60-85 if you're playing on a monitor with a higher than 60hz refresh rate.

That looks very similar to a bug with Cloaks of Skyrim. Are you using that mod by any chance? As the hide cloaks in the normal Skyrim version bug out like that. Since it wasn't ported to SE yet.

I thought the old save cleaners worked on SE. Also is there anyway to fix the corrupt save?

My refresh rate is 144hz but I have my fps locked at 60 also vsync on

I'm using campfire which has cloaks added and that one cloak mod on nexus for SE

I was having the same problem until I saw this thread. I uninstalled CoS and the problem is gone. I think it's something about cloaks in general, try uninstalling your cloaks mods too.

That would mean uninstalling campfire aswell. Oh well I guess I'll give it a try

EDIT: It was wet and cold which had cloaks right time to see if it works will report back
EDIT2: Nice removing wet and cold corrupts my game and same with campfire
EDIT3: Ok I got my Wet and Cold removed still nothing and I can't uninstall Campfire

I have Wet and Cold too and it runs fine for me. Atleast for me the problem was definitely CoS. Hope you can fix it in your end.

Campfire, at the very least, isn't the problem any more. It was ported and it's cloaks/backpacks work fine now.
