Menu Problem

There's a problem with my menus. The start menu is on the left half of the screen and the pause menu in game is on half the screen as well. I don't know how I would fix this.

??? This makes no sense. Are they Half-onn, Half off? As in you can't see half the menu?

Do you have any mods that alter the menus?

I have the same problem since I changed my graphic card from gtx 550ti to gtx 1060 (3GB edition). On the main screen, the menu should be on the left side, but it's showing on the middle of the screen. When trying to play, the UI (that is any menu as items, magic, journal, even the compass) will move as if it was any other object in game. I have the latest version of nVidia drivers and tried ultra and minimun settings, even 720p on borderless window but is the same.

After a little more research, I found on this topic: https://steamcommunity.com/app/489830/discussions/0/224446340335214913/ that the problem was with the stereoscopic 3D option activated on the nvidia control panel. After disable it, everything works correctly again.
