Nexus mods installation help for SSE?

I'm totally new to mods, and I have no idea what I'm doing. I downloaded the NMM and downloaded the mods that I wanted. Now, how do I sync them up with my Skyrim game? I know there are mods available through Bathesda that I can log directly into, but how do I access the mods I've downloaded through NMM so they're playable?

If you delete mods mid play when you need FallrimTools too fix it. and unequip all your gear and go in a building for you delete mods on a moded save just too help you not fking up your save.
