Report a translation problem
You installing these manually shouldn't have anything to do with it as these meshes and textures use different file names and locations. You wouldn't be able to accidentally overwrite one with the other type.
FOr example if you want to use a UNP texture, you need to install the base UNP body first.
If you don't the texture will be all out of place on another body.
I just installed within the mod manager and that's it :/
