Jiub's Opus Page 10 Missing

So I'm in the Soul Cairn and I'm trying to do all these quests and get everything done but I cant get the 10th page to Jiub's Opus, I went to the location where it should be and it isnt there. I looked up the location to make sure and I know for a fact its missing, I tried spawning it with console commands but it doesnt count towards the quest even if I drop it and pick it up.

its a well known bug with that mission (happened on original game too) I ended up having to use the console to spawn the last one, I don't rememeber the command for it though

I got it, it was glitched inside the barrel, I used noclip to get it.

(I know this is old but posting it for future reference incase anyone else finds this thread with the same problem), but i discovered another way to get it if its not on the barrel but bugged inside the barrel instead. Just use an explosive of some sort, (a shout may work too), i used a fireball spell, you know, the one that explodes, and i guess the explosion reset its position, because it appeared ontop of the barrel after the flames cleared.

I did not having any explosives ...only thing that would reset the page for me was Storm call shout. But it worked to reset it. Thanks

Additem command doesn't work with quests that require you to pick up specific items (the unusual jewels for thieves guild for example) it simply adds a copy of the items, but those quests use scripts to collate the items for the game, so you can't use shortcuts.

The master level illusion spell mayhem works if you do it next to the barrel.

I got the same glitch. Take note to save the game before attempting to explode it out of the barrel as it may take a few attempts. It would help if you only have a limited amount of explosives like I did (only had a few fireball scrolls at that time).

I almost always find No 1 on everything play thru , but never knew there actually a quest attached to it .

Thanks guys for giving me a ''new '' quest . That's the problem where I've had this game since the launch of Oldrim , unless it the AE stuff , I don't read the quest notes any more .
