mod for leveling all skills at once?

been playing for a few hours now and its getting slow when i cant kill things with destruction magic efficiently is there a mod currently out there that levels up all the skills at once regrardless of the skill you use ?

It grants a 15% XP bonus to all skills at once, unlike the three Guardian stones that grant a 20% bonus to only a specialized set of skills.

It only gives you skill if you use the skills, so, it's up to you really what you use.

If u wana play pure destro mage, get Ordinary and Apocalypse mods so u can go easymode stealth destro. In vanilla, destruction is terrible as it doesnt scale with anything (spell dmg stay same while enemies scaling up with your lvl).
