Slowed time/quick reflexes bug

Dude, you're using power bash which is slower. Just tap the attack button to do a regular bash (unless I am missing something else)

It's just a regular shield bash during quick reflexes. The problem is, is that i am getting slowed when i shouldn't be. The shield bash should be a lot quicker so i can interupt those power attacks. Never had the problem in regular Skyrim.

This happened because of the patch 1.2, i think any shout / spell / mod and perk that have some sort of slow time is now broken, if you want the only fix that i found is by reverting your game to 1.1 again, i have the files to 1.1 just add me on Steam and send-me a message and i will send a link for you or if you don't want it you have to wait for Bethesda to fix it.
