Buying land after civil war
I completed civil war with stoarmcloaks. Now i try to buy a land. I spook with all stewards(falkhreath, morthal, dawnstar). But i cant see any dialogue about buying land. Can someone help me please? I dont really want to start a new game because i have lots of money and im 67 level.

Because this all happens prior the end of war maybe, different NPCs are in control of those areas.

You have to provide services to the hold, first. Usually after you've done one or more quests from the Steward, the Jarl will tell you that land or a home is available and sometimes bring up the Thane topic. Normally the Jarl of Falkreath will send you a note when you reach a certain level. I think it's 10. You don't have to do the dragon quest at Whiterun, at least not the games I've played.

You must be Thane in each hold to be able to buy land for a house.

Falkreath you can get at level 1.
Hjaalmarch i *think* you can get this at level 1 but you might have to be higher than that. I cant really remember level requirement on this one tbh.
Pale you need to be level 22 minimum.

At level 67 you should be able to get all of them without a problem as long as you are thane in the hold. If the hold switched Jarl you will have to become Thane once again by just talking to the new Jarl.

It may be so that you need to go to Solitude or Windhelm and find the old Jarls and ask them if you have replaced them.

You don't need to become Thane first. For Lakeview, I got a letter from the Yarl. I completed a certain quest and was able to buy the Lakeview property. To become Thane (Falkreath), I needed to complete 3 quests that help the people. For Heljarchen Hall (Dawnstar), I needed to kill a giant at a certain area to be able to purchase the land. To become Thane, and have a house carl, I again needed to complete 3 quests to help the people of Dawnstar. Same thing for the other land (forgot it's name). Becoming Thane is after the land purchase.

Personally? I wouldn't give land to a Stormcloak either.

That aside, save and then try entering the following console command on the affected steward first and then if it works you are in the clear. If it doesn't then reload and do it on the Jarl. If it still doesn't then reload and do it on the Jarl and steward. If it STILL doesn't then I have nothing at the moment.
