" Any mods which edit the following third person behavior files: 1hm_behavior, 1hm_locomotion, bow_direction_behavior, weapequip will not be compatible"
From 3PCO
"Any mods effecting 3rd person camera will not be compatible with this one."
All you can do is start a new game in a new profile and practice with your bow in both first and third person ... it's either going to work or it isn't ... but please let us know for future reference
If you wanted to just manually take the animations out like I did then there should be no problem with 3PCO. Archery Combat Overhaul normally changes the horizontal and vertical values to better suit the camera for shooting a bow, but those changes it makes are based on vanilla camera settings.
So in your case it will make it's changes as if you have vanilla camera settings which may or may not make it usable with 3PCO depending on how similar your custom camera settings are to vanilla.
If you can find the exact values that Archery Combat Overhaul changes the camera, you could in theory negate them with your own custom archery settings in 3PCO.
