What to sell at College of Winterhold?
Everyone who sells things at that College mostly sell things that have to do with magic, obviously. They won't buy what most general stores or weapon shops will so,

WHAT are the best things to sell at the College? Staffs, Enchanted Jewelry, soul gems (which I never sell) and what else?

Oh come on, how many copies of the Argonian Tale do you need?
or the Dragonbreak book, or etc.

Don't forget the Merchant perk in your Speech skill tree (requires Speech 50 and allows you to sell any type of item to any merchant) if you routinely want to sell general goods at the college.

I generally don't start selling at the college much, until I've gotten the merchant perk that mikk011 mentioned. Then they buy everything, and that opens up doors for unloading the umpteen thousand banish weapons I've cranked out, in order to level enchanting. So I go there, get training, buy all their full soul gems and any gear/spell books I need, then dump as many banish weapons on them as I can, move on to the next mage, etc.

At the end, I have all the spells and soul gems I need, a few nifty staves and stuff, my magic training, and a hefty chunk of gold. Make sure you save first, in case you get the "too much gold, stops counting down" glitch and have to start again. You want to give them some gold, take it back, but you don't want them to get more than about 15-20k at a time, or they can bug out.

There is a "underground" merchant there which will buy anything if memory serves. Enthir or Enthor cannot rememenber the exact name.

College is best place to sell after merchant because too many in close range. Before you could sell them rings you crafted and enchants, but problem I think you can't craft in winterhold at all, enchant yes but craft ring no, you had to do it in other town unless mod.

Enthir is particularly useful at the College because he will buy general goods whether or not the player has the Merchant perk. He is also the most reliable source of daedra hearts among Skyrim's merchants and sells black soul gems as well. His only downside is you will not get the best prices from him until you have completed the quest "Hard Answers".

I thought if you are arch mage will get better prices of all within college?

Maybe, but I don't recall that for myself and the wikis do not verify that.

Not that I recall, in fact I don't recall there being any particular benefit to being archmage, apart from the robes and the quarters.
