Arngeir Words of Power Quest Glitch?

I was grinding the Words of Power quests from Arngeir, the greybeard, and the most recent he gave me "find the word of power at arcwind point" is a location I've already been to and got the word from. So now there's a quest objective arrow at the word but since I already got it, nothing happens when I walk up to it... I can't complete the quest. Does this mean I have all the words of power??

Someone else was experiencing this on the same wall and they mentioned that visiting the Northwind Summit location and learning the word of power there ended up marking the quest complete for the Arcwind Point objective.

There is a console command to mark it complete but from what I read in the bugs section on this issue here[www.uesp.net], it sometimes doesn't work. But, here it is encase it does: SetStage FreeFormHighHrothgarA 20

This was a bug in oldrim as well. If you find Arngeir repeatedly gives you Arcwind Point location even if you use TombRaiser's suggestion above, someone made a mod to fix it, or if you read the comments from the link below, someone else posted a way around it as well. The mod is for oldrim but may translate to SSE (doesn't seem to require SKSE and only contains a .esp file), but you would need to download it manually. You would then need to install it manually (or if you use NMM, use the big green + symbol under the mods tab and select the zip you just downloaded)

I think the unofficial patch fixes it, it did before in oldrim

Initially Northwind Summit worked, he sent me to a new location, after I got that word he sent me right back to Arcwind and I'm right back where I started lol... I'll try the other suggestions, thanks guys.
