Known problem. You can find commands from UESPWiki page of Drain Vitality shout.

Iija already gave you the solution. Go to the page they linked and remove the extra shouts via the console commands provided in the Bugs section.

I don't know why it matters all that much... It hasn't affected my game AT ALL. I have 3 of them too...

Yeah, nowhere in your post does it say you tried that and with that attitude I wouldn't be surprised if anyone else tried to help you any further now.

Your bad. Use Unofficial Patch next time and you'll see the difference. It's a shame Bethesda did not incorporate Unofficial Patch fixes into SE from the strat.

What are you talking about? I and majority of gamers who use mods all have USSEP installed. If there were any problems we'd knew it. But not. Skyrim and USSEP are made for each other. Playing Skyrim without USSEP is a great mistake.

I agree. USEEP is a must for SE much like USLEEP is a must for Oldrim.

I have been around Skyrim communities since the game came out. I have this to say about Unofficial Skyrim Patches.

Use them!

They do not glitch a damn thing. There are plenty of petty minds out there, saying all sorts of things around the internet. Don't pay mind on them, pay mind on peoples, who are writing tutorials and guides, based on experience, study and co-operation.

Regulars of this forum expect that USSEP is installed, so that major script and bloating problems have been removed from the game. Asking help usually comes down to: "Install USSEP." Things rarely go further before that.

This post was made by Nazenn to Skyrim LE forum. Base information is still valid - save from SSE achievement progress in a modded game. I strongly recommend that you check out what myself, our Dangerous mods list author Nazenn and Unofficial Skyrim Patch Project Team leader Arthmoor are saying about these patches in OP.

Now go and install the file. Really.
