None of the character models are working

I have installed mods and i am doing all that i should like using loot and fnis, but the characters are all stuck in the t pose.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

By reading mod descriptions thoroughly and following through step-by-step. FNIS alone is more complex than most people can keep up with.

You're probably missing some required addons, such as FNIS, SKSE, SKY UI and perhaps even CBP and UNPB or CBBE.

theres the fnis thing, also fnis is enabled on vortex

maybe the FNIS mod is enabled but according to the above posted load order FNIS is not active in your game.

and the problems in the FNIS log:
recheck the animations of your adult mods and double check that you installed the SE animation and not the oldrim ones

LOOT looks at load order issues only. It reckonises it as good because it is, but wrong version of game.
The mod is in both games and LOOT see it as thus, not its version.
Where as FNIS does.
