In all seriousness, I have no idea. With that many mods it really could be anything. I know that my vanilla characters eyes were bugged out because I was running RaceMenu. A fix is here https://steamcommunity.com/app/489830/discussions/0/1796278072827640647/
no idea if that's the issue, but its something to try. My best guess would be that you're using a face-retexturing mod that clashes with another mod. Might be worth looking into whether or not a couple of your vampire mods replace the same file, and are thus incompatable.

thanks for your reply, but i dont have any mods affecting vampire appearances, and my vampire mods are compatable. I already did the face overlay thing, you helped me with that last time I had a problem I think

I would recommend to post your problem and mod list to Reddit on r/skyrim or r/skyrimmods
There are many, MANY people there with more knowledge than you'll get here. A lot of them have probably had this exact issue.
