Check to be sure you completed everything to get the quest.
The fact that I posted this 13 minutes ago I guess you know better.
Dawnguard works perfectly for everyone else, but you couldn't be wrong.
If by correctly you mean I did it in the order I was supposed to and didn't use console commands to skip parts of the quest, then yes. I did it exactly as you are supposed to.
The only thing I can imagine is mods might be causing it? I have the Alternate Start mod and for this file chose to start as a member of the Dawnguard. I don't know if that would/could affect anything, though.
All I do know is that I'm unable to receive sidequests like 'Cleansing Light' or 'Hide and Seek' for the entirety of this playthrough so far and I don't know if it's because of a bug, a mod, or the game just decides at random when it'll assign one of these quests and my luck has just been abysmal.
In my quest log, I have completed every quest associated with the Dawnguard Questline.
-Dawnguard
-Awakening
-Bloodline
-A New Order
-Prophet
-Scroll Scouting
-Bolstering the Ranks (the only sidequest I received)
-Chasing Echoes
-Beyond Death
-Seeking Disclosure
-Unseen Visions
-Touching the Sky
-And Kindred Judgement.
The only miscellaneous quest in my log that have anything to do with the Dawnguard DLC are
-Bring Ancient Falmer Tome to Urog
-Learn the first word of the Soul Tear shout
-and Summon Durnevhviir in Skyrim
I'm just honestly beyond confused and whatever is wrong seems to be just me.

Maybe check the forum on the download page to see if anyone else ran into this.
After going to the page and seeing the 2000+ comments, I think it's safe to say searching through all of them for this specific question is a bit of a goose chase. I left a comment of my own and the creator is pretty active on there, so We'll just have to see.
Only other thing I can think of is console commands may have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with it. I DID get impatient about not receiving any jobs, so I tried to use console commands to force some of these quests to start. This didn't work, and when I used sqs to check the stages of every one of those side quests, they were registered as zero. Meaning I haven't started any of them.
But what if, through using those commands, it did work and it isn't appearing in my quest log? In other words, the game thinks I've started one of these quests, and won't give me another until it thinks I've finished it.
That's the problem. When I talk to Sorine/Gunmar/Isran/Florentius, no option like that has appeared since I started this file. And no one else in the Dawnguard says anything like 'Go talk to Gunmar's he's got a job for you' or anything like that.
No it does not work perfectly. I've run into the same issue with Gunmar. New bug that never occurred before I switched to AE.
