Sacrosanct draining waking up other sleeping NPC's

Whenever I drain an NPC (i'm using the mod called sacrosanct), draining (and presumably feeding) on an NPC wakes up another sleeping NPC right next to them (e.g. the spouse).

Try draining people who live alone or in a seperate room, then, or drain a sleeping bandit... I imagine it's to make draining a bit more dangerous.
