I've been bogged down by ongoing pixie battles ... I'm not sure if I broke Fallout NV, Vortex, Windows or all of them at the same time.
Jack could probably explain my troubles better but it looks like we're sorted out now.
Anyway ... more time to fail at installing your guide.

BA, you are approaching things wrong. You are trying to SUCCEED and get things to work - and the PK is thwarting you at every turn
You need to try and fail, to wish to fail, to want to fail and work wholeheartedly at it - and then the PK will make things work.
Ahh ... so my "What could possibly go wrong" approach isn't the correct course of action.
I should be starting with "We're All Doomed !!" followed by "Run to the Hills" and end up with a "I voted for Trump" finale ...
Got it ...

Changed install instructions for Bjin NPCs section 12 to rmove Ingun and Maven for the new mod Pandorable's Black-Briar Ladies

Added mods section 12.
  1. Pandorable's Black-Briar Ladies. Be sure to reinstall Bjin NPCs
  2. Pandorable's Frea and Frida
  3. Pandorable's Initiates
  4. Pandorable's NPCs - Dawnguard

Added mod Amulet Evangelism - Priests Sell Amulets to section 13
Going through and reordering all sections, LOOT has updated master list and added a number of mods. 4.35.1 will be changing. Not going to do a different version for each change. Have to go out later so I doubt I will make it to the end before I go out. Will go to version 4.35.2 once I get back.

Well it worked for me, but you have to get the inflection right, it's

We're Doomed I say, DOOOOOOOOMED!
Not sure if this is relevant ... Section:3a

The gamerpoets video linked above in the guide (which I followed) tells you to name the XEdit folder to SSEdit (or something like that) ....

Yet your instructions straight after this video ask the user to do something different ...
Section:3a
Go to where you installed xEdit and rename the exe from TES5Edit.exe (or SSEEdit.exe or etc.) to xEdit.exe.

Then in 3a:3 you ask us to add an "argument" based on your file path
"-c:"D:\Multigame Tools\xEdit\SSEEdit Cache\"

I'm just wondering why you're changing this exe name and not leaving it as is ...
(and not really fully understanding the reasons for the change)

I'm sure Jack and others will explain/argue much better than me on this point.
If the .exe name is set as a specific game name, than xEdit will only work for that specific game. By setting it to xEdit, it will work regardless of the game, provided that the game is one for which xEdit can be used and the argument has been set to enable it.

This ^^^^ I will add a note about the discrepancy between my install instructions and Gamerpoets.
How about...
Note: Gamerpoet installs xEdit slightly different than we do in the guide. To align with the guide call your install folder xEdit and name the exe xEdit as well. The guide assumes you will use xEdit for multiple games, for example by changing the argument (discussed in a following step) from -sse to -fo4 will change which game xEdit can be used for.
That's OK ...

It's just that having set the Binary using gamerpoets vid .. you're immediately going back in to change it to something else.

I know you're capable of making your own videos Charles .... maybe dump the gamerpoets one and have your own in there
and not forgetting that Avrie always recommends separate Xedit installs and has drummed that info into me ... he's even been known to use the pointy stick

Been using the same xEdit and MO2 installs for different games for over a year with no problems. Going to keep my guide as the way I mod the games.
