I have been trying to figure out what is going wrong with my mods for a while with no luck. whenever I run FNIS i get this: Steam)
Expected generator path: c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users

Skeleton(hkx) female: Default (99 bones) male: Default (99 bones)
Patch: "GENDER Specific Animations"

You have no animations loaded in vortex for FNIS to read from, you need to download animation packs like ZAZ and FunnyBiz etc, then in vortex choose install from a file and pick them. Then run FNIS

but shouldnt the animations be included in the flowergirls or amorous adventures mod?

yes but you still need to tell vortex or FNIS where the animations are because going by your log above, FNIS neither uses your XPMSE nor any animation package

how you do this in detail I cant tell you because never used vortex, but you probably find a YT video for setting up FNIS with vortex.

I am not using vortex im using mod organizer 2
and do you run FNIS from within MO2, from the executable menu?
If not look at data(right pane) then go to tools and right on each line using 'open/execute' and find Generate for Users. Close it and re-open it with right click and use 'add as executable'. Should now be set in executable window, highlight and use RUN.
In overwrite you need to make a mod called it 'MY SKSE' etc. and add it to bottom of left pane.

If FNIS is still stating something wrong after running it this means you have not done or added correct items etc.

How do i make a mod in the overwrite folder? Just make a folder called fnis?
Yes. Usually, I call mine My FNIS and later if need to overwrite you can add over it. Leave at bottom of load list and tick the box.

I know this is necro-ing this post, but you helped me so freaking much. I searched for over 3 hours on official forums and such, and noone even thought of mentioning this. You are awesome
