Empty Eye Sockets

Only the PC has empty eye sockets that sometimes flicker and show the eye.

I've looked around and can't find anyone else that had this problem. I have mods including Improved Eyes SSE but even with that disabled it still won't work. It's like this in character creation and in game.

I also tried disabling anti-aliasing in the launcher because some people recommended that (I don't know why) and it didn't work.

I tried all of these, didn't do anything. (Might have made the eye flicker more consistent, about once per second)
