being able to see your in game spouse naked and have s e x with them after a long day of questing through rain, snow and cave dusty air is not the same as ''porn''.....some people want their game to be realistic and are not afraid or sexually repressed....

some people like to role play and have as much realism in their game as they can....when you eat you see your character eat when you sleep you see the same when you fight you see blood and have to fix broken bones and when you get married you f u c c your husband or wife looool its not a hard concept to grasp and its no different than any other mods...

If you like bouncing females, there are CBBE mods that include that
if you want males there is SOS (and that is not sounds of skyrim ) it has working members

My character doesn't have a working member. I think it must be all the stress that comes with being Dragonborn. :(
