Standing stone - Tower Stone
You can open expert and easier locks without lockpicking minigame... But, will you get xp? I have lockpicking on 63 and no skill points used in this tree, but can you get xp for that?

No xp if you use the Tower Stone power to unlock chests/doors.

If you are playing vanilla, I don't think you really need lockpicking perks. I can't actually remember, I haven't played vanilla Skyrim in years... It was just too easy.

Only skills what I like are more valuable things in chest... but everything else is useless... Now Im level 44, no lockpicking skills used and I own 300+ lockpicks... But I want that exp from it :/

If you've opened the chest/door before, you will never get lockpicking xp from it ever again, even if the chest/door lock resets. You will need a mod to change that.

You can use the Thieves Guild training chests to increase your lockpicking skill, they do reset in vanilla but you need to wait outside until the cell (room) itself resets.

Otherwise, there is always the lockpicking skill trainer... But only 5 skill levels per character level.

Also, collect lockpicks and break them intentionally. It gives you some xp but better than nothing.
