How the flap jack do you Remove a Plugin from Vortex?
I have a bad plugin on vortex and its perventing me from being able to sort my LO. I deleted it out of Skyrim Se Data folder and I can't find it AT ALL in the vortex mods folder. I disabled the plugin but it still won't let me sort my LO. How the heck do I get rid of this dumb thing?

from what i know of it (still learning some parts) is you have to remove the mod via vortex and if its multiple plugins and one mod runs them all then when you remove it one or all of them are removed but the method you did would cause vortex to warn you about removing things outside of vortex (nothing more) but the plug in will still be there so as far as i can tell you ♥♥♥♥ outta luck sorry :cyberdeck: you may have to remove the archive file in the folder that contains them but thats just a guess nothing more nothing less

I did try uninstalling the mod and re-installing but it didn't work. I didn't get any errors about uninstalling outside of vortex. What I did was accidently installed a patch for a mod I don't use. Vortex is seeming like a huge pain in the booty. I am regreting not using Mod Orginizer at this point. Some things were made more simple and others just don't work right or are difficult to get to work right. Isn't this thing ment to manage mods and make modding easier...

look in the plug-in section (of Vortex) under mods, does your plug in show up in the list? If so, uninstall.

The plugin is a patch and not a mod. It's a patch for a mod that doesn't exsits so I can't uninstall under mods.

Don't use Vortex, even NMM is better.

NMM gave me hell as well. It actully did something to my pc that caused it to crash and go all wonky. Vortex at least doesn't crash... i would rather use MO. 2 days into vortex and wanna pull my hair out.
