Tips for Skyrim Survival Mode on Legendary difficulty.

Skyrim Legendary difficulty is ridiculously hard. Until you slow down and play the game properly.

1. Focus entirely on leveling combat until enemies are maxed level...

2. Do not pick up any books (yet). This will ensure you don't level unwanted skills and you can gain 2 levels from each book when you get a certain power. so best to save them for later also saves carry weight for survival.

3. Dump points mostly into health. stamina for carry weight but not to much and unless you are a mage stay away from magika you will need that health

4. choose a crafting skill and use it as much as possible but remember to focus on combat first

5. make vegetable soups

6. Do smaller quests first and get items to help you before doing bigger quests.

7. Find places to make as a base of operations to dump items and take only what you need until you can get a house.

You can use followers and conjuration as they are the same strength as the enemies but that is boring. and your character will cap out and always have to rely on summons etc.

More like, exploit bugs for 10 hours to max out crafting skills, sneaking and illusion, take necromage and fill your inventory with perfect equipment and potions, be invisible forever, backstab everyone for 2^31 damage, realize enemies aren't affected by survival and that legendary is just the regular game with fake difficulty, and stop playing
