I already saw that and reinstalled my mods, didn't help and I don't have hdt.
It's an NPC how do I do that? lol

The hair is attatched to bones that your current skeleton (or, Serana's skeleton) lacks.
Shiva's suggestion here is to install XPMSE with a physics option enabled as it will have these bones. Be aware that this does not add the relevant physics to your day, just a physics-compatible skeleton.
And read also Mystic:s post and add that to my responce. Since it is the same issue as in your other tread.
no - you cant skip essential mods. and why worry about the mod count? you are not even near the limit yet
Unfortunately I don't think there are any alternatives to this, if the skeleton is the issue like Shiva stated.
Worried my PC might not handle it ha ha
FNIS is 3 seperate mods by the looks. I've installed it but Serana is back at the castle, I guess I have to wait to meet up with her again to know if it works.
If a mod REQUIRES something, then that something is NEEDED to make the mod work.
If you don't have it, then you can't complain that your game isn't working, because the solution is to get the REQUIRED elements you are missing.
So either:
1) install FNIS
2) remove the mods that require it and start a new game
Those are the two options, but since Uncle is saying your computer can handle it, I would go for 1) myself.
the skeleton (xpmse) dont affect performance
None of my mods require it, a mod that's supposed to solve my problem requires it and I was worried it was big and going to make the load the game puts on my computer heavier. I did install them (which you'd see if you read my whole reply :P) and I have yet to see if it helps the issue or not so who knows lol. I have noticed deer walk really messed up now though.
Thank you so much Grumpy, I would think it would because it's something used in everyone throughout the game. I'm glad to know it doesn't :D.
