The first file on the Flora overhaul page is just the grasses, did you make sure you downloaded the right file?

If you did download the right file I would try just doing a reinstallation of the mod.

Also Better Harvesting - Flora Respawn Fix version doesnt work

well, i loaded a previous save and its working(flora overhaul)
Better Harvesting i keep getting one flower
