Power Potion Generator?

Is there a generator for “power potions” out there somewhere? I know of a perfect one for Oldrim, but I haven’t found one that has all the DLC ingredients.
I tried several apps on my phone and they didn’t give accurate results.
I also tried using this site, which is perfect for Oldrim but seems to lack ingredients such as ashen creep cluster and yellow mountain flower. http://rp.eliteskills.com/skyrim.html

I should probably clarify what a power potion is. A power potion is one that you make solely for the purpose of leveling up alchemy and/or selling. These potions are functionally useless for the most part.

unless you used some mod-provided ingredients in oldrim, the recipes are exactly the same

Ashen creep cluster is from Dragonborn and yellow mountain flower is from Dawnguard, I want a generator that includes such ingredients

And what I mean by inaccurate is potions lower in the list and worth less according to the generator are actually worth magnitudes more

Here is a mod for you.
This removes some gold as if you bought all the ingredients:
player.additem f "-5000"
This raises Alchemy from level 15 to level 100 as if you had spent a half hour grinding out those potions:
player.AdvSkill alchemy 428568

As far as i know the most expensive potion for Skyrim (with all the DLC) is Garlic + Nordic Barnacle + Salmon Roe. Another expensive one is Chicken's Egg + Nightshade + Salmon Roe.

Should be noted that Salmon Roe is a really good ingredient for making expensive potions.
