You then have to export with those files in an archive, creating a BSA to go with your ESP.
Your mod will then have to be loaded under any other mod that affects those same NPCs.
If it's custom NPCs, it can go pretty much anywhere, but if it's vanilla NPCs, it has to go under mods in the list that affect those NPCs.
However, if they're using mods that do other things to those NPCs, your mod will likely overwrite those changes. In that event, either you will have to include those face geometries as loose files, arranged in the correct directory structure, or they will have to extract your BSA.
