Symbol HUD - No idea what it means

As the title says, there's a symbol in the HUD that I have no idea what it means. I notice my character is weaker than other character at the same level, with the same perks. Now I'm playing with mods, and I hope someone can help me. I leave a list with all the mods currently installed. The symbol appears on the right upper corner

Looks like a mod that enhances or limits strength, either permanently or temporarily.

If I would bet it's something from HASTE, because most mods on the list I know and I've never seen it before

Not certain but I believe that is the symbol for fortified stamina, check to see if there is anything in your active effects with time remaining or showing Hrs/Min.
