How to start LC_Build Your Noble House quest?
Does anyone know how do I start the quest for LC_Build Your Noble House, or can I simply get to the location and start building things?

Have it atm in my load order not build it yet however my tip is however there should be a map marker on your map .... also if you are in Falkreath hold keep a lookout for barrels with build materials.

Look for "Fellburg" on the world map and use fast travel.
Next to this location there will be a small shed where you will find all the construction tools.
