Failing that, you could just smite any undead you come across and scream "Meridia's doom be upon you!" at the top of your lungs. You might get some strange looks from your neighbors afterwards, but it's all in Meridia's name so I'm sure it's worth it.

It depends on the developer really, bethesda does not allow this, Others like CDPR however had no issues allowing modders to add witcher assets into skyrim mods.
