Serana stuck in place
So Serana appears to be stuck in a small circle that she can run around in before she is stopped by a non-existant, invisible wall. I'll run off in one direction and she follows me until that point, then I run in another direction and she stops a few steps later.

I've been seeing a lot of people complaining that she's stuck in sneak, combat, or in T pose, but nothing like what I'm experiencing. I've tried a handfull of console commands, KOing her, The classic shout, etc, and nothing's working.

I'm willing to go to an old save, but that's sort of a last resort, seeing as my last save is a full Dawnguard quest earlier, as well as half the Riften side quests, and basically all the quests from the farms and mines in the Rift. F5 is much more enticing than going into the menu a million times.

If you use fast travel in your gameplay style, try FT'ing a short distance away (presuming you are outside). I've had her get stuck in a couple of places in normal walking travel, and FT'ing brought her back into place, fully operational and whining about everything as usual.

Yep that worked. Had Fast Travel disabled 'cause I wanted to get used to no relying on it for when the Skyrim Together mod comes out, but guess I'll just have to live with that temptation there! XD

Thanks for the help!

Glad it worked for you. Fast travel is something that you can get used to not using, even if it's enabled. I generally just use it for cases like the one you had...follower gets stuck behind a rock in the mountains, FT the shortest possible distance from wherever you are, and they spawn right behind or beside you.
