Beast Form Not working.

Okay so I shouldve asked this earlier but whenever i try to use beast form, it stops access to the "character menu" (inventory) and favourites (q). It does allow me to move around, but im sad that i basically cant do anything :(. Anyone know how i can fix this the easiest way possible? I have tried to find if a mod is conflicting with the game by disabling groups of my mods and checking if beast form works but i havent seemed to find any conflicting mods yet :(

That's not a bug. That's normal. While in beast form all you have access to is your skills/talents.

Or do you mean you don't even transform successfully? You just freeze up?

The second one. My character doesnt shift at all. I just hear a "Whoosh" sound, and then nothing happens :(

What should I do then?

Sadly in a list that long there's not a lot you can do but slowly debug it and the only correct way is to disable the mods, start a completely new game, get through Helgen, cheat yourself into a werewolf and try to transform. So like 20-30 minutes per pass to determine where the problem is. You can't necessarily simply turn off mods and play your old save, it's still got modded content baked into it.

Do be aware that mods do not "conflict with the game" they conflict with each other and compatibility between mods is not always guaranteed. Read through the descriptions carefully and pay close attention to compatibility notes...

Should I move it up or down in the load order? ive really never had a issue w/ mods before

I have no idea at all, never used that mod, but you should consider to check that you have all needed soft dependency mods for it.
But you can try to move it down.

Oh and one more thing, you should consider to sort your loadorder, since it is not that good at all.
You have several of issues in it, clearly not sorted at all. Use LOOT.
