Skyrim SE and Freesync

I know that a lot of people have problem making Skyrim works with freesync. Completely by chance, I may have found a way to activate it. While in Skyrim, CTRL-ALT-DEL to task manager and then just go back in Skyrim. I don't know why, but on my system it makes freesync works properly while it's stuck at 60Hz otherwise. Vsync is off in the game and ENB settings without any FPS limiter. Radeon Chill is used to keep the FPS between 40-63. Monitor is a Viewsonic XG2401 and graphic card is a MSI RX580 Armor 8GB, Windows 10 Home.

I don't know if this weird behavior is specific to my system, but so far it worked for me to run Skyrim with Freesync. It would be nice to have some feedback from other people trying to make Freesync works properly with Skyrim to confirm if this is only something weird with my system or a more general solution to this common issue.
