How do i install the Mod Vigilant SE?

Help me please, i installed the files into my \Data folder but it doesn't work.
The Quest doesnt trigger.
How do i install it so that it works?

Assuming you got it from nexus, based on having to install the files to your data folder, have you extracted the .esp and .bsa from the archive? Have you made sure the mod is checked and active? Have you slept/waited several hours, saved, and reloaded, like on the mod page?

I have extracted the files and so on into the data folder but I don't know how I see if it is active

Make sure to grab the translation mod as well.
